What is End-to-End recruitment?

End-to-End recruitment refers to managing the entire hiring process from start to finish. This includes everything from brief creation to onboarding support, and covers job posting, social marketing, referral networking, talent pooling, market mapping, candidate outreach, screening, shortlisting, testing, vetting, interview coordination, and offer management.

What is 'on-success'?

On Success refers to the fee structure or payment model where you only pay for services if a successful placement is made. This is also known as 'Contingency Recruitment'. It limits any risk for you as the employer, as you only pay for results, and our incentive is directly linked to a successful outcome for all. In practice, we will invoice you on the first day the successful candidate starts employment with you.

What is a 'rebate'?

A rebate is a form of guarantee or refund policy offered for your assurance, security, and trust. If the employment contract is terminated by either the employee or employer within a specified timeframe after the successful placement, you will receive a refund. The refund amount decreases on a sliding scale for each week the candidate remains employed with you, and typically lasts for up to 12 weeks.

What flexible payment terms are available?

We are always more than happy to be flexible and implement our terms on a case-by-case basis, as different employers have different needs and budgets. Typically, if the recruitment fee cannot be paid in full, we offer the option to spread your payment over 3 or 6 monthly installments.
